Pain in upper quadrant of abdomen
Diagnosis

USG detects gall bladder polyp.

EUS is more sensitive and specific method for gallbladder polyp.
Treatment

Surgery is not always recommended , treatment depends on the size of polyp.

Follow up is recommended if size of polyp is large

Surgery is recommended when patient is symptomatic or neoplasm cannot be excluded.
